I'm not sure what is in the pile (except that it's all agate or jasper). My dad didn't bring back any "leaverite" so it's alllllll good. Some examples of the rocks that are usually in a collection like this:

I'm new at this and I've decided that I'm working too hard.
 
My first "rocks for tumbling" listing was rocks that I broke up with a hammer and anvil. That was a lot of work and I think that the resulting rocks were not as good because I lost a lot of rock that ended up as "rock sand" and because fractures were added by breaking them that way.
 
My second attempt was rocks that were classified by "type". That was a problem because I just didn't know what "type" (petrified wood? wonderstone?) a lot of them were. I spent a lot of time puzzling over rocks.
 
Now, I just take everything below a certain size and offer it at an even cheaper price. But, since my dad didn't bother to pick up teeny tiny rocks, you might find some of these a little large. That's what hammers are for.
