What is your return policy?
The cost of shipping rocks makes it impractical to actually return them. If you really don't like the rocks you received, leave a message. I promise that I'll make it right for you.
Do you offer gift cards?
I've had a blast shipping gifts in cooperation with friends I have made. If a "gift card" is right for you, then sure! I'm up for it. But I think we could have more fun working together for a surprise gift. Leave me a message.
Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept standard credit and debit cards. Quite frankly, I don't know much about a lot of the payment systems available today. (My dad was a "cash on the barrel head" kind of guy and a lot of that attitude rubbed off on me.) But if your preferred payment system isn't available, let me know. I love to learn about new things.
